Only mixed vocals to this beat…There are two versions I combined here… First one has more boost around the high frequencies… Second one is another one I think it might be cool… Also I’m not sure if it’s sitting in the mix nicely… What do you think I can do to get the mix better. 2nd version start at 1:39

Nice work! I like the second version better. The vocal is pretty buried in the first one. Even on the second one, I might still raise the vocal 1dB and maybe do a small scoop in the mids of the beat to leave room for the vocal to sit
