This is my latest song that I created using Reaper
Any advice/feedback would be great

Mix Feedback from others:

  • The guitars seem to be hi passed pretty hard and are coming across pretty thin. I’d also try panning them so everything’s not competing in the middle.

    I’d also love to hear more of the snare transient being let through. Just so it can cut through the mix a bit.

      The guitars were quite difficult to balance on this track. I used quite a drastic hi pass as a cure all to stop them clashing with the other
      instruments in the low frequency range but ended up going too far with it. The drums had a fair amount of parallel compression
      applied to help tame some of the peaks, although it has squashed the snare a fair bit
