The kick drum and the bass seem washed out. Is this because of a setting on the Ozone 9 mastering software? Maybe you boosted your bass on monitor/headphones. Could use a little more stereo separation between the different instruments. I’d try boosting the 250hz range for the kick drum, and 350hz for the bass guitar.
Apart from the thin low end, the rest of the balance is pretty good. My guess is that your sub is too loud and unbalanced in the context of your control room. Also, the percussive eighth-note piano parts seem to be competing with the vocal. The vocal and piano can both be heard clearly, but they both seem to have been given equal importance during vocal passages. Maybe some compensating EQ and/or sidechaining would help there. Nice.

It kinda sounds like the whole mix is hi passed
The song and mix sounds good. I just think all the low end is missing. Do you mix with a sub?
yes i do..
what should i do to fix it?
The simple answer is to add more low end to each instrument that needs it. Usually just Kick and Bass.
