probably my 6th or 7th mix on this track I’ve been working on for over 2 years. I just feel like I can’t get the mix effective.
Following are some of the questions:
1. Am I missing any BIG concepts?
2. Do you think i am prioritizing the sound importance correctly?
3. Where is the mix clean, where is it mmuddy or harsh?
4. Your personal take… does it sound professional?
NOTE: not masstered, peak DB is around -11db

I think the drums sound good. The lead tar sounds or whatever instrument that is sounds like it’s in a boxy room all by itself. I think that’s just the reverb setting it has on it right now though
