This is a simple ballad with quite a few layers. I played all guitars. My son played the piano. A good friend played bass. Tracked and mixed in Pro Tools using the Plug In Alliance Mega Pack plug ins.

I have to agree with you. This song is going through a remix. There is a lot going on and I need to decided if parts need to be eliminated. As for the drums, what I am hearing in my head are big drums to give more energy – not 80s style drums as I am not a fan of the 80s snare reverb thing. Even though this is a ballad, I want the ballad too have balls and the drums arewhere the energy will come from. Once I complete the new mix, I will repost. Thank you for your feedback.
