This is song from my EP on what i working on. This song i recorded and mixed around 8 month ago. For me its hard to mix my own voice(first verse) i wonder how you guys translate mix and performance. My native language is russian so that way you can hear accent and second guy is swedish.

the language is not a problem at all, however, the drums were overpowering the melodic parts of the beat and the vocals were too colorful(low end heavy) which can make your vocals sound a bit muddy and unclear to you. I would suggest to cut some of the low end and roll off those frequencies you really don’t need. It wasn’t too bad of a mix outside of what I’ve heard and mentioned though.
I don’t mind an accent 😉
The beat sounds like it is all hi-hat and bass. I can’t really make out much if the melody because it’s being covered up
Big thanks for wake up call. My ears has cheated me in this project i did this beat and i just more pushed on drums and base to make it big and powerfull but instead i did only crowdy with low end!!
