Hello guys, I’d like to have some feedbacks on this mix. The song is called Jean, by the Italian duo Victoria On The Grass. The song is at 75 bpm, regarding the genre is a mix of rock, folk, indie, dream pop atmosphere.
It is composed by 3 verses where a lead vocal (+spoken) sings, alternated by three bridges where the backing vocals/choir sing together, and then at the end there is this chorale Outro, that intensifies in dynamic and in number of instruments.
I’d like to know what do you think about the mix, there were many instruments and vocals, such a crowded arrangments, so it was really a challenge for me to make it work and also mantain the original concept and production of the song.
Please let me know. Much appreciated! Thank you guys!

Hi guys. This is a multitrack that I’ve found online and I’ve used it for a mix practice session (I didn’t record it, I’ve just mixed it, just for practice and for fun)
I think this piece was recorded live the full band, all together, in fact there were a lot of room mics. It’s a really minimal and simple song, with few elements an I think it’s meant to be left really natural sounding with not a lot of artifacts. I’ve tried to play a bit with room mics and reverb (in the beginning). Let me know what you think about my mix. Thank you.

Hi Guys
I recorded this song some months ago, in my home studio. I recorded the guitar, a Gretsch Streamiliner throu the WA12 DI/preamp. While the voice was recorded using a Shure Smbeta58. This song is intended to be really raw, intimate and minimal. It has an electric guitar and a lead vocal. I put both in the center, and I gave them a shared verb, a medium plate, so they can be glued to gether and it was as if the two instruments were sharing the same stage. It a pretty real and straightforward song, arrangement and production. Then, I tried to give the track some movement and stereo panorama by using some delays both on the vocals and on the guitar, for a bit of stereo spread. What do you think about it? opinions? thoughts? suggestions?
Thank you
