Condition (The Hissing)

Looking for general feedback. First song from an album I’m working on, and am hoping to use this as a reference for the rest of the album. Sounds a little thin/hollow to me, esp. when listened to on stereo and when compared to references (Jeremy Enigk, 90s alt, early midwest emo are touch points for the sound I’d like to achieve).
