How does this sound in general? Is it too dark, too bright etc? I really cannot tell anymore I have heard it too much. Any other comments would also be great.

Sounds great. Definitely a little too bright with those hi hats. Did you add hi end or was it recorded with really bright cymbal mics?
It was a dark hh to a royer 121. But yeah the hi hat open it is really bright. I can go back tomorrow and darken those up. Thanks for the info!
