I might try turning the synth down a bit and turning up the clean vocals. They are getting lost a little
Cool mix, love how the screaming vocals punch through. Maybe a few thoughts:
– I think either the rhythm guitars are high-passed too low, or the bass guitar could be made a bit louder. The low end is missing guitars, I think. If they get too boomy from that, a sidechain multiband compressor could clean it up.
– Agreed with zakkleifeste, the kick and snare could punch through a bit more, maybe even slightly saturated, they sound a bit dry.
Agree, there is missing low end and punch, kick and snare could be louder, at least I hear my mistakes and I can fix it next time. Thanks for constructive critism 🙂
Love the guitars. Would like to hear a little more kick and snare though. I think the synth might be drowning them out a little.
