Punk rock… This is just a fun song the band did this week. I think the mix sounds pretty solid but would welcome some feedback prior to sending to master.

Yeah, I would beef up those instruments so they match the vocal power a bit. It’s a fun track, good job!

It’s definitely punk rock 😉 I think vocal is pretty loud
It’s always hard to analyze a punk rock mix because it can be trashy and still be right for the genre.
For this one I think the vocals are overpowering the instruments. Once that gets balanced, it will be easier to analyze the other instruments. For example, I can’t hear the kick well but I’m not sure if that’s because the vocal is covering it up.
