The low range is loud and it muffles the midrange. Try bypassing all the plugins you have on the and gain stage without any processing. Once everything sounds cohesive with out any processing then you can start working with plugins to shape how the overall sound should be like and you over compressed the kick, it’s like bum bum and it should be gu gu, so dial down on compression and only compress if there are dynamics standing out that you wanna curve.
