Great job! In my opinion, the voice has little energy. I can offer a dynamic equalizer in the area of 5 kilohertz
Great song! The biggest thing I notice mix-wise is the drums being thin. When the bass comes in it’s thick and beautiful, but when you compare the relationship of the bass to the kick drum, the kick sounds kinda tiny. I think the kick could definitely use more of that 50Hz thump and the snare could use more of the 150-200Hz bottom end beef.
Just my thoughts. Keep up the good work! 😉
It’s funny zakkleifeste because originally I did have the kick that way. I thought that it needed a more modern kick sound . But, as you said, it made it too thin. Thanks for the encouragement!
