Hey CGR,
The instruments on their own sound pretty good. I think the best thing you could do to improve your mix is to get the instruments sounding more balanced. For example, the guitar is much louder than the drums. Bring the drums out a bit more to add more punch to the mix. The piano disappears a bit in the mix, giving that some space would be awesome to hear. I love that you kept the vocal out in front of the mix. Keep up the good work!
