Yeah. Loved the beginning. I think the drums, mostly the snare are sounding super smashed and it’s sucking the life out of them.
I liked the vocal in the beginning, but I think in the choruses you could automate the verb to be more present to make the mix more dynamic and give it some character.
There are a lot of elements at work here after the second verse starts. It seems like everything has a lot of compression. Things need to breath. It’s like two different tunes from the start to the finish. Not necessarily a bad thing just – there’s a lot going on. I gave it an 8 for effort.
