Trying out some new (to me) plugins: Analog Obsession – SweetVox on only the leads. Also trying something I’ve never done before by adding a limiter on the bass and drum buses that push into the mastering limiters. Starting with the bx_XL V3 limiter followed by an L2 (for it’s edge) and have a Loudmax at the end just to catch the true peaks. I’m using bx_Digital V3 followed by Luftikus for air. Elysia Alpha compression, Sonnox Inflator, then I’m bouncing out to Harrison’s Mixbus to add some of it’s saturation mojo.

If I was approaching this from a mastering perspective, I’d be looking to reduce some of the top end and add some beef back to the low end/drums. I’d probably start with a shelf around 3k and reduce it 2-3db and a low shelf around 100hz and boost 2-3db just to see where that gets me.
All the individual elements seem really well controlled though. Nice work on that.
