Vocals probably need some more deessing. Maybe a little too much compression on the master bus. But overall cool mix.
Thanks for the mixcheck! Unfortunately the client’s reference mix was also super compressed and they wanted me to boost the high end quite a bit. That might have caused the issue with the “S”s. I could probably go back and hit the De-Esser harder since I had to boost the highs on the master.
Boy, religious tunes have changed in the last 5oo years. I have nothing bad to say about the mix. Plus the performance is great. Could’ve used a translator.
